Seems a bit much. Couldn't there just have been a weaponsmith who got bored enough to try to make a bunch of wacky variations of lightsabers?
Plus like, wouldnt jedi and sith ever ask for colors outside of the traditional coding? They were both around for a long ass time
@mirzaba Its probably just an idea but a Padawan forms a connection with their kyber crystal which determines the color. Star wars seems thrown together at best and there's probably no explanation except jus cuz
