@CobaltVelvet I have no idea if it's anything you changed, but 2-factor just screwed up for me on this instance, telling me my 2fa code was invalid. On generating recovery codes on my pc, they were declared invalid too.
I was eventually able to disable 2fa, so I'm back in and working, but it might be something you want to look at.
@shivvi looks more like a mastodon or docker bug. i restarted things are it's working again
