Also, Dayjob is kind of boggled that Europeans *really* prefer A4 over Letter.
Letter is a standard! Why wouldn't they want that?

Part of it comes from Letter being so completely baked into everything we do that the idea of supporting more than one size is a hell of a lot of work.
@sysadmin1138 Never encountered anywhere that uses LETTER tbh. Everywhere uses A$ ONLY, and that's Europe, Asia, India, Australia and most of America (excepting the USA which doesn't count anyway).
