Das Gefährder-Gesetz mit seiner Vorbeugehaft wurde ausgeweitet.
Jetzt gibt es nicht nut Fußfesseln, komplett Überwachung und 14 Tage Beugehaft, sonder *unendliche* Lange Haftstrafe.
Alle 3 Monate wird ein Richter darüber neu entscheiden. Ohne gegen geltendes Recht zu verstoßen können Menschen damit nun für immer eingesperrt werden.
Was hier passiert ist die institutionelle und richterliche Vorbereitung um mögliche Transformationsprozesse zu ersticken.
Als Argumentation für diese Ausweitung musste wieder einmal #noG20 herhalten.
