So... The admin of my old home instance ragequit so I moved to one of my alts which went down so I moved to a new instance but awoo where a bunch of my friends are is still not federating with them so I guess I'm moving to my other alt which makes this my fourth instance this month.

I'm actually pretty pleased with how doable the migration has been though. Like, I miss a.w.e. and I know I lost a few followers, but I was able to track down anyone I actually talked to in the past month by looking at what other servers had cached. So it's mostly business as usual.
We do need some better tools for migrating & keeping alts in sync. Should all be doable via the API but who the hell has time...
