@seanl Well, I guess enforcement would be a second question. Twist is, Adblock Plus, the company behind it, is based in Cologne, Germany. Axel Springer's main attack was on that company, because they thought they had leverage as Eyeo is making money from it by allowing companies to be white-listed.

Anyway, story is not over, they are now thinking to appeal to constitutional court :-E
