My two friends and colleagues that share the office desk with me at the #IEM defended their dissertations today. We all started our doctorates around 2005/06, so this was a crazy long period, and I had meanwhile moved to a separate doctoral programme in England. I'm very happy for them to have made it finally, two great presentations on composing interactions with dynamical systems and aesthetic implications of binaural sound, respectively. Tonight everyone's celebrating. 🎉
