Been looking at Markdown yesterday, as I want to smudge two flies with one movement - integrate documentation with #SysSon workspaces, and add note book functions to #Mellite. I think it makes sense to keep notes inside project workspaces. Markdown is nice to write, but for a parser it's pure horror. Tried to implement a few commonmark rules in JFlex, gave up soon. Demonstrates that creating a spec from an existing practice is not a good thing. Design by spec would have made life easier.
