His name is Hillinger and Hill Liter is a play of word with Hillinger and (one) Liter which is the volume of the bottle (I assume).
@publicvoit Is it a serious question? But both me and several other people that saw the label and instantly read Hitler there. If you were a graphic designer you would be _very much_ aware of this effect.
