Still haven't figured out how I'm going to use this space yet.

honestly, HumanBody is the worst hacked-together nonsense i've ever seen.
- no documentation (_everything_ we have is from reverse engineering by enthusiasts)
- little to no runtime modification, everything's baked in at DNA compilation time
- all the sensory hardware is fragile and pretty much impossible to replace when it inevitably breaks
- the built in security is decent but has to constantly download patches to cope with the latest malware, and is only necessary cause of larger systemic problems

You are a work in progress. It's okay, even encouraged, to develop in new directions as you grow as a person. Your identity doesn't have to be static, and making a change doesn't have to mean committing to it forever. Move in the direction that feels most right to you right now :)
Now preparing a handout to use for this linguistics class to help them identify what kind of information they need to be thinking about. Fun, but also necessary since US census data is so weird. Want to find number of Somali speakers in MN? You need to know that it's a Cushite language!
I have no idea how I'm going to use this site. So for my first post I'll just say that I'm tired and listening to moody metal and kind of dreading/looking forward to teaching a class of linguistics students how to library - partly because LCSH is so craptacular about language headings.
