@schlink I actually got a figure of 91902.....either way....WAAAAAY COOL!!!
@privacymatters so I think it's a duplication issue. The chart (and json) has, for example "social.tchncs.de" and "Social.tchncs.de". Since they both have same # of users, I assume it's a real duplicate, and thus wrote the code to remove said duplicates.

@schlink did you factor in that people have accounts on multiple instances? Yesterday i saw someone with 5 instances named in their profile, so i borrowed their idea

Do you think I should use the term "account" rather than "user" for clarity?
@schlink nah, problem is when you want to add the accounts/users. So basically stems from _understanding_ this federalism thing. Most will get this on the first day, i'd say. -i'm just a newby here myself. Was curious how one could factor that out, if at all possible. Will think about it some more
@schlink When I looked yesterday evening, it was only in the high 50k/low 60k range. That's pretty impressive.
Kind of fascinating that flagship has about half the users, total.
