Anybody joining the march for #science on April 22?
@saturno I've been hearing some disappointing things about the organization of some of the local marches and the ways in which they've approached issues of diversity.
No clue as to how this has been dealt in other places, or in areas in which it is not as much of a present political issue as in the US.

@saturno Yeah, it does suck. But that same thread points to some other local marches (only in the US) in which things are apparently a lot better.
And maybe these other marches that people have pointed out raise similar topics about science, minus the ostrich-approach to issues outside their navels?
