@maiki I try to eat healthy we mix it up at home I eat pasta salads but I have to admit we indulge in a little bit of fast food from time to time I'm not obese but I could lose a couple pounds I'm about 240 at 5' 11'

@maiki I'm a Democrat, but understand how our political system is rigged to quell the masses. I'm very open minded drill down on some specifics. I enjoy introspection.

I genuinely can't even stand going on Twitter anymore Mastodon is so much better. I just like the people on Mastodon better and I feel like Twitter is just for those people that are on the Sunday morning news shows that just want to tweet everything they've done just to get more followers.

@Rumpelcita I'll be totally honest with you I find multiple social situations back-to-back like that totally exhausting and what I found in my life is I just say no. Most of the time they're drama-filled ridiculous meetings with people that have ulterior motives and the good meetings are with people that I genuinely know just want to connect with me on an emotional level without any kind of something they want to get out of me.

@KelethDragon let me clarify that I don't mean physically attack them what I'm saying is say you have a co-worker that is trying to sabotage your work. The warrior fights with confidence and strength pushing back on those negative forces letting them know you're not going to take no s*** from them. Now there's the other case where somebody might say a couple nasty words in which case you let the Christ energy come out in you and just let it roll off your back.

@KelethDragon My Philosophy and what I found over the years of soul-searching about it is the warrior and good person are always in Conflict within us the warrior wants to come and attack and that's what makes us upset but the good person naturally absorbs the bad comments and really renders them meaningless it's just a matter of controlling the two emotions. Just thought I'd share my thoughts on it. Good luck don't let it bother you, I hope it all works out for you.

@KelethDragon I used to be incredibly sensitive about what people said to me but then I realized people really are bastards most of the time and there are fewer and fewer really kind-hearted good people in the world and everybody has an agenda what I do is compartmentalize the kind person and warrior in myself and I only bring out the warrior person whenever something is really threatening to me otherwise you just got to let the good person in you shrug off the nastiness.

@msk WinSCP is pretty good I've been using Filezilla allot lately.

@LinuxSocist @schestowitz what would you say the benefits of running Devuan would be it looks like just a fork without systemd. I have nothing against distro forks per se from a base distribution, but my problem is why not just make the base distribution better instead of re-inventing the wheel all the time. People ask me why Debian and I always say well because it's the original, and because it's started to Deb packaging system which everybody copies.

@KelethDragon do video games work like that for you I find that when I play video games it actually engages my brain more have you ever tried watching a YouTube video of some obscure documentary that you don't know anything about? That helps me.

@moshpirit that's sad. People need to turn there dark into purpose. I do. Suicide is defeat. Everyone just needs encouragement, with a kind but firm approach. In severe cases intervention may be needed.
