My pitiful progression with regard to music shows:
* Awww man, they're not coming to my state.
* Awww man, they're not coming to within an hour of me.
* Awww man, they're not coming to that one venue I like.
* Awww man, they're not coming to my back yard.
@lmorchard Another one I could add to this is *Awww man I have to sell my spleen in order to afford a ticket. The last two bands I wanted to take my wife were $89.00+ for horrible nosebleeds. I remember back in the mid 90's seeing some of my favorite bands for 14 bucks a clip. The music industry is a horrible conglomerate swamp, thank God for indie bands and independent venues.
