Day 10 of adding Lexapro to Wellbutrin. It is not the most pleasant of titration on-ramps. Optimistic that the week will provide improvement and increased calm / clarity.

I'm on Wellbutrin for ADHD/Depression, but it hasn't been helping me with focus as much as I'd like. I'm considering asking my doctor to either supplement it or switch it out

I hear ya. The Wellbutrin has been absolutely life changing for the depression, but still dealing with focus / anxiety. Tried cymbalta (nope!), now Lexapro. The cocktail is pretty unpleasant so far, but hoping it will level out.

I've been experiencing a lot more good days after my adjustment, but then I get bad moments that keep getting lower. I just emailed my doctor to try to find a different solution before I get to a point that causes me physical harm.
Connecting with someone on meds helps a lot though!
@salmon_cannon always happy to chat! It took me over 8 months of slowly increasing the Wellbutrin dosage until I didn't have that up and down feeling anymore. Not that this is necessarily the answer for you, just another datapoint.
