Wanted: Evil Force Problem to give to students.
There is an initiative at one of the colleges that I teach at to make improvements in adjunct engagement in student success.
Apperently they need grant money to figure this out. I can solve this problem fairly easily. Pay us a living wage so we don't have to teach at 4 colleges a semester and stop dissolving full time positions into adjunct positions. See easy.
