My current stance is that Milan should be suspended or silenced from toot.cat (@ashkitten handled this yesterday) and I'm thinking about blacklisting for social.techncs.de due to its abysmally bad moderation practices (the latest of which is here: https://social.tchncs.de/users/milan/updates/70472)
@cyrinsong @ashkitten@toot.cat I'm curious as an outsider of both instances (and of the situation) what this would accomplish? As far as I can tell her could still post, and (not that he would) harrass users of toot.cat publicly, even if not directly. Would it not be better to tell your users to block the offending users?
I'm not a super expert at all of this, and not trying to pick sides. I'm just curious how this all works!
