@s02303947 Oh wow, when I was last in Seattle... I applied to Taco Bell, from seeing the exact same msg, and yet, I was told I was "over-qualified". And when I mentioned "well doesn't that mean I have a lot to offer your establishment?"...
Indirectly, and in so many words, they were clearly looking for those tax credits/corporate benefits because they were more interested in hiring only a very specific and targeted group of people.
