I had a second interview today.
I'm... I'm torn on how it went. I"m pretty sure I didn't get the job and I'm preemptively sad. Gonna drink tonight.
My very first app on Google Play, an animal matching game for my 2 year old, was pulled for imitating another app.
They both use free art assets, which is what they were comparing. I was like "my app was released two years before."
They accepted that. My app is available again. I fought The Man and won!

The interview I had scheduled for Wednesday called me.
They want me in on Tuesday instead.
And they want to extend the original length of the interview so I can talk to more people.

Just had an interview for a Technical Service Delivery Manager role. Within a few minutes I found out 1) there was no people management, 2) there was no delivery/release management, 3) it was basically a tier 1 support job.
Why the fuck would they do that.
