My favorite part about my love of cooking is that sometimes I'll be bored and make stuff like chicken bacon mac and cheese. But the part that I really love is that I rarely use recipes anymore. I trust myself and my ingredients and my kitchen so I can just hop in, see what I have, and feel good with the end result.
I've always loved cooking and have been helping my mom and grandma in the kitchen since I was like 5. But the past few years I have really come into my own.
