I want to set up a public ticketing system for wobscale but I don't think I want to use gitlab? but maybe I do?
gitlab's issue tracker is actually decent but I don't need the rest of gitlab
I also want a ticketing system that's useful for other things as well
like, erin and I should be able to manage hecke.rs subdomain delegations with said ticketing system
