Apparently they tried to implode the Pontiac Silverdome today.
But, as a testament to how much of a boil that thing was, the detonation failed. The Silverdome still stands.
I've only been in the Silverdome a few times. Once was for a marching band thing where the snare that I played echoed all over the place.
The last time was for Summer Sanitarium where it was hot and everything echoed all over the place.
I would have been there for a Pistons game but the roof collapsed.
