OK, semi-serious, semi-poking-fun question:

I know a lot of gun folks seem to have this end-game scenario for their gun rights where they feel they they need to have guns in order to protect themselves from the govt.

Which begs several questions:

1) What sort of political landscape would you need in order to exercise this right

2) What makes you think that waving a gun at folks who are highly trained to end the lives of folks who wave guns at them would change anything?
