Happy to report I slept most of the afternoon and evening. So I am able to sleep, my schedule is just messed up. Better than my previous experience of hardly sleeping at all for almost 2 years, that's for sure.
Self-medication continues eek.

well I'm back to self medicating for my sleep problems and mental health issues. To be perfectly honest, I've been doing this for years, but not so much for the purposes of sleep until recently. It's a vicious cycle, and not doing me any long term favours. I just feel so *defeated* I thought things were going well 6 weeks ago then the world came crashing down again.
Argh
ARGH.

Toot Toot! Every time I have planned to go out since Wednesday I have fallen asleep. Again tonight. My sleep pattern is fscked and I am up again now. I plan on drinking Vodka all night. Wish me luck!
