I was going to have some rareish burgers for breakfast (I am not yet clever enough to be Vegan) but apparently that's a REALLY bad idea so - ok :))
@plesuvius wise choice, rare burgers are a terrible idea.
@benofbrown I understand this but I don't understand why minced beef is over twice as cheap as a steak. Surely it's the same bleedin product (sorry Vegans don't mean to trigger y'all) why is the price so different? I am shook.
@plesuvius I'm not an expert but I think it's probably because you need to use particular cuts for steak, but you can throw pretty much anything in to mince. Also decent steaks need to be aged, which uses more storage etc.
