Helped tourist today, proud of myself. It's not that easy to use our tram system since there are different trams and also there are multiple tracks closed for repair ( yes, during the main tourist season)
Since I lost my SIM card two weeks ago when I changed my phone, I needed to figure out how to get my old phone number back. New SIM already in my pocket, now the hardest part - get the old number on a new SIM. It will be a long call on helpline - but at least I'll try how it is to be on the other side (my job is a kind of helpline) 😊 Please cross your fingers for me.
