@solderpunk heeey, hooou, where are you? everything OK?

@pkotrcka Everything is fine, thanks for checking in! I have been travelling without my laptop, hence with a drastically reduced online footprint. I made a "going away" post on my phlog, but left in quite a hurry and didn't end up tooting the same.

@pkotrcka Really great, thanks! Went down through the Baltic states and into Belarus. Excellent weather the whole time, and impossibly cheap prices by Finnish standards.

@solderpunk AAA, right, you were in Baltics. So I'm waiting for the photos from your new camera :-)

@pkotrcka Just to make sure the camera was working before wasting any more film, I had my first roll developed and an index card printed in Vilnius for 2 Euro and 8 cents!!! Mindblowing.

Actually I didn't shoot much, it was crazily bright for a lot of the trip and that little Yashica only goes down to something like 1/500 and f14, so it was often impossible not to overexpose. I will definitely need to keep an eye out for an ND filter to fit it.

@pkotrcka Saw lots of Fed, Zenit and Zorki gear at a fleamarket in Minsk. Didn't buy anything because I hadn't done enough research ahead of time to really know what to go for. I kind of regret it now, having done a bit of that research, but oh well, there will be other chances.

I did get an old Soviet cockpit clock (with chronograph!), though, for much cheaper than I have ever seen them on eBay.
