Okay, Mastodon, troubleshoot me: where should I be looking to figure out why my Wordpress install with Jetpack is no longer sending me comment notifications?
@shanaqui Both wordpress.com and wordpress.net have support options. If your Wordpress install is self-hosted, you'd want to go to wordpress.net. If hosted on wordpress.com, then go with support there too. Note that .net support is usually slower since it's not well-funded, but they usually get around to you. If you have proof it's a Jetpack problem, you may be able to sneak into the .com support stream even if you're self-hosted.
