Listening to music is helping me to temporarily manage overwhelming desire to binge eat. Anyone got any other tips out there? Been fighting this fight for twenty long boring years and would really like to turn the page so to speak. Thanks

Does anyone else find it frustrating that for most people in the UK achieving economic security requires you to act in ways that go against your most natural instincts. Ie the instinct not to become economically imprisoned and exploited...?
