What, medics are going to check patients' pockets for loose change before administering narcan? Opioid abuse is at a crisis level. ODs take up a huge amount of first responders' time. I don't get this story. Yeah, fentanyl is scary stuff. But anyone can carry narcan in Ohio. It's already on every rig. So this "omg medics have to carry it for themselves" is just alarmist bullshit
