I am also answering support requests/conversations in the patron discord, occasionally check in on the irc channel #mastodon on freenode, make my way through PRs/issues on github... At least the hardware situation with .social seems to have stabilized for now!
@gargron maybe you could ask someone you trust to go through the emails and prioritize them?
