@juh @reticuleena Bei mir waren es juristische Gründe. Ich will einfach nur ein Blog betreiben, aber kostenlos -> dadurch Werbung durch Platform, bei mir WordPress.com -> dadurch DSGVO Pflicht, die ich nicht erfüllen kann weil ich gar nicht weiß was läuft.

Plus: will das Blog anonym betreiben. Auch das ist eigentlich eh nicht möglich wg. Impressumspflicht. Die einfach für ne Angehörige einer Minderheit nicht leistbar ist, ich stell doch nicht Realname+Adresse ins Netz!

Sounds like FB is in some way processing camera roll images to extract data (location, time, maybe even contents) even when sync is switched off

@Hilo Soweit ich's verstehe ist medium.com relativ safe weil du zwar content veröffentlichst, aber der Platformbetreiber die Seite anbietet, ähnlich Twitter/FB/etc.

Dadurch kann dich niemand belangen wegen DSGVO dann. Tellonym wahrscheinlich ähnlich. Die sind dafür verantwortlich das konform zu machen, nicht du.

Bei Blogs ist das soweit ich es verstehe anders.

if you see someone complaining, DO NOT give them advice.

If someone ASKS for advice, offer it.

But 90% of the time, someone complaining is just venting. They're not telling you the whole story, and they're not receptive to being given advice, because in that mental state, your "good-natured advice" is their "HERE'S HOW YOU'RE DOING THIS WRONG".

Do not respond with advice unless it's asked for.
