You don't have to do the specific examples I gave; the point of the exercise is to think about what you'll do even if it's not those specific things. Only you can decide what it is you're going to do but you do have to do something more than run away, walk on by, or stand paralyzed in fear and uncertainty.

I went through "active bystander training" meant to stop you from freezing up in a crisis so you can take action to help others. The idea is to counter the "bystander effect" where you freeze up assuming someone else is going to help.

There's an exercise in it where you imagine you first think of a scenario where you would need to take action, think of what that action would be, then imagine you are in that scenario & picture yourself taking action

I currently am uninsured in Germany and have 11 days left of testosterone blockers and don't know how I will get more. 4 weeks ago I was off of t blockers for a month and it fucked me up, the worst thing was hair on my face growing in, undoing many laser sessions work.

I want to go to London in the next 11 days, to get health care and an EHIC for Germany, and to make sure I don't go off t blockers again. But I have no money.
