Good morning. It’s 4:45 AM and I’ve had things rolling around in my head for a half hour that I need to get written down. 😩

I sat down for nearly two hours. I wrote and wrote and wrote, pouring out my soul, giving form to my deeply personal struggles, thinking I might have something I can share.

And then I came back and looked at what’s been going on in the world outside me since I went to bed last night and it all seems so insignificant.

Sometimes I just don’t know what to do. Please, everyone, love and support each other. Please. We will need everyone’s strength.
