I *so* don't want to go to therapy today.
Not because of anything about therapy, but because I'm so fucking exhausted after several days of #Dragonlet (and I) having disrupted sleep.
But the difference between the coinsurance for going and late-cancellation charge is way too much money to flush down the toilet.
@naga Missed going to meditation service last night due to exhaustion (and, to be fair, not skilfully managing my day). I feel you.
@muninn Yeah, it's bad. And I know the meditation has been really good for you.
