wondering if learning how to cry from a biomechanical position (learning how to make your body cry without use of emotion), can be helpful as an exercise for people who have trouble letting out emotion due to past trauma.

@mxsiege how do I make myself cry biomechanichally cause I'll try anything at this point tbh

@mxsiege hi, PTSD/anxiety/depressed. I absolutely have trouble crying sometimes. I get locked in defense mode with armor up. And it sucks because I'm a big cryer. So not being able to use my normal release valve suuuucks. I'm totally gonna write notes from this thread.

@mxsiege This is a really cool idea. Learning to induce involuntary stuff like this is very much in my interests.
