Today, for the first time in my life, I openly confessed and discussed my mental issues with a friend of mine. I felt much better afterwards, regardless of his reaction, and I appreciated that he listened, tried to relate, and asked me to follow up when I get professional help.
He might not have been the *best* person to talk about mental health with, but he was there at the right time.
