#Security people I was wondering about my #phone. It came with a few options:: Iris Scanner, and Fingerprint Scanner, etc. Can you tell me more about these, like how much security they'd add. The phone doesn't.

The general consensus is that biometrics (fingerprints, face readers, etc.) are great identifiers and terrible passwords. The most basic issue with using a fingerprint as a password is: what do you do when someone gets your fingerprint?
