@DialMforMara Abomination Of The Week is what I ate through grad school - whatever's around or looked good at the store, tossed together haphazardly.

Cook rice with leftover broth from BBQ chicken. Mix with shredded chicken, smoked almonds, smoked gouda, and an egg. Bake in a graham cracker pit crust.
