Another day, another blatant reminder that the vast majority of people I interact with see mindlessness and emotional vacancy as a virtue rather than something to be avoided at all costs.
@groofay I have recently been employing both mindlessness and emotional vacancy through necessity, to stay alive. I've got my energy back now though. It's proving a lot of work reinstating both mindfulness and emotional fullness, but oh so interesting a task!
