There is nothing in the world like a classic molé made entirely from scratch. It isn't done yet but the complexity, even at this stage, is astounding. It's cooling a bit, then will be poured into a single mesh strainer that is perched over a clean pan for finishing tomorrow. Olé!

Be sure the blender jar lid is on tightly when grinding seeds and nuts for mole. If your goodies escape, they will blow all over you, your kitchen (including the floor), and teleport themselves into nearby rooms.

Moving on to one of my cousins. *sigh* (This is just one,there are others) He's a proud supporter of 45, wearing his MAGA (moronsaregoverningamerica) hat and waving his confederate flag. He isn't a stupid man and I just simply fail to understand how he can be so double-minded. He's unfriended me and blocked me, I guess because I called him on his unwavering support of 45 with no clear reasoning behind that support.

My eldest brother a 30 year Army vet who never saw combat and spent his time behind a desk, reads me the riot act because I told him he was being a dork. Yeah, really. At the same time, the other half of his brain is rah-rahing 45's incomprehensible behavior. I was horribly disappointed when he began bragging about "going to work" which turned out to be patrolling his suburban Seattle neighborhood with a handgun at 1 a.m.

We have all the premium channels, the pay for view channels, all of them after installing the digital box. I installed the box, did a channel search, nothing showed. When I turned the tv on, everything was right there.
