@afabulous I think I've had two or maybe three deleted now and in every single case the deletion was warranted because I was being a dumbass. Here's to hoping you weren't being a dumbass, or maybe that you were. Who knows.

@afabulous I've tried to pay decent attention to trans issues in general but it never registered with me that checking T levels was not something you could do at home. I'm sorry to hear this is a frustration for you. You're probably right not to mess with it, but I'm sure doctor's visits just to check it out aren't cheap. Anyway, you have my sympathies.

@dona I guess it's a question of the ethics of working for a miserable company versus stealing food to keep yourself alive.

By which I mean as long as you're conscious of your choices (which you clearly are) then I think you can justify taking this job to get by until something better can be found. Even if you don't like the company, the situation might provide enough material comfort that it'll help you get past that cycle of depression.

I actually had someone ask me if they could get one of these teethbrushes from me. I never thought my life would come to this. Of course I gave him one - the very one pictured - but the whole time I'm thinking, "Is this ethical? Am I doing the right thing here?"

anyway I don't think it's right to out him publicly but I just wanted to warn New Orleans that this man is out there, and has a teethbrush.

@WT_Dore I felt the same when I did the same a few years back. I was like, "Is this why this country is full of idiots? Because they're subjected to this nonsense every five fucking minutes and think it's normal?" and now they hardly even register with me, which is why I have become an idiot too.
