@komara yeah, I always have mine done in a proper lab with a doctor's prescription. Apparently some companies will do it without a prescription (you still have to go to the lab) but it's about $100. If it's lower than my normal, it doesn't have any effect on my physical health, it just messes with my emotions. It's surprising how much of your "self" is affected by hormones.
