I think you are a little bit overstressing. I am definitely not an ms-lover, but here, guess, risks are not that big. First, as far as I understand, they have no rights for the code placed by users. Second, if they due to some reason will decide to change the hosting policy, they will give some time for migration or adaptation of existing projects.

I personally believe they will introduce free-of-charge service and some extended paid plans, no more than that. Censorship? I doubt.
