@craigmaloney It seems like every one of those types of articles that I read features some caveat in the form of... "The only feature that doesn't work yet is [the main feature I wanted]".
In this case, it's screen sharing, which is one of the primary niceties of Skype for Business, and very useful for developers/power users.
I'm all about open source and I make heavy use of it, but it has to be an acceptable substitute that'll do the job before people can adopt it.

If only these aforementioned assholes subscribed to those crazy notions of logic, debate, and discourse.
Some days, I seriously wonder if the advances required to give us online banking, instant messaging, and telecommuting was seriously worth giving birth to the *chans, Breitbart, and "the cloud".

@noelle Would a 'Locked' user's statuses still be visible on the server? Or, hidden until the account is reinstated?
It might be nice to have a locked account's toots be hidden from the rest of the server if they've gotten the account locked. Or, is the assumption that an admin has already deleted the offensive content?
I'm sure this is fine, and that this startup out of the UAE will only do responsible and philanthropic things with these zero-days that they're paying seven figures for.

I am also @kevinja. I created an account here because the Shop is very writer-y and I wish to spare them from my more obscure geekery.
I'm a #software #dev by day (#java [i know, eww...], #angular, #python, just enough #infosec knowledge to be dangerous). I do some #scifi and #fantasy #writing when I can. I even make #music some, but I'm better at consuming and mimicking it.
Gray- #asexual / #aro, but I don't generally define myself by what's not important to me.
