Things I hate: hiking sites that only allow registered users to download trails. More things I hate: registration sites that think having a local part in your email address means it’s an illegal address.
Some pictures from that hike. I think I understand why this is a UNESCO world heritage thing. It’s totally artificial but somehow the colors brown, green, and blue work really well together. And it looks as if somebody went over it with a comb, zen stone raking style. #Photography #Portugal #Pinhão #Douro
@kensanata I need to do some OSM mapping for my new home town. Is OSMAnd what you recommend for recording traces?
@stsquad Sadly, I have only done minimal editing using OsmAnd and I keep getting confused with the UI. Where are things? It's not good. Before OsmAnd I used MapsMe which somehow confused me less but apparently has trackers inside and I don't like that, either. So I make do with OsmAnd.
@kensanata when you go back to Australia please take me with you!
enjoy that sun and light (winter is coming 🇨🇭)
@xosem I know, I know. Today we’re going back and straight into autumn!
@kensanata lovely clear sky
Heck I didn't know such hiking sites exist.
