My #running sandals. Barefoot running results in bent sandals. Forefoot running results in less wear at the heel. I recently developed an ingrown nail. Could be related? Or perhaps it’s just an age thing. Or perhaps I developed it because my feet grew in diameter for a bit when I started running and I didn’t realize for a few months that all my shoes needed replacement. Small shoes could also have gotten me into this mess. Oh well. I still love running in my sandals.
