@hoergen Issue fixed! The way the battery was held in place made it possible for the contacts to not actually touch the batteries! After about 10s of fiddling the guys at the shop had fixed it. So thanks, people of Loops & Bits in #zurich #synth https://www.loopsandbits.ch/
