So I am once again stuck at a tram station in Little Buttbum (East) and there's like... a free-standing stone staircase here which goes up to a bridge, but it's blocked off and visibly falling apart, to the point where trees are growing on it.
My thoughts in order:
* That can't be structurally sound
* Ooh, if I can figure out what kind of tree that is and estimate its height, I can tell when this was blocked off
