Something on birdsite reminded me of putting too much effort in simple things.

Fries.

Fries are my fucking effortpost in the kitchen.

Gotta cut 'em and soak and parboil and parfry and fry and fucking hell why am I doing all this bullshit it's just fries.

But they're fucking amazing by the end.

I almost never bother with fries for some reason :V
